in the next 48 hours.
The payment of the work can be made by bank transfer or Paypal.
Only commissioned works of the D i m e n s i o n Series and the White Series are accepted.
The rest of the Series do not accept commissioned works.

The Series of which you want the order + the title of the work + approximate measures + country and city of destination.
We will send you the budget as soon as possible (check your spam folder, in case you don’t have our email registered).
The delivery time of the piece will depend on the volume of work that Berta has. Currently, delivery times vary from 35 to 45 days from the acceptance of the budget and payment of the piece.
Once the piece is finished, we will send you pictures and a video, so you can see the work in detail before shipping.
The available works have a Satisfaction Guarantee.
You will be able to see how the work will look in your space and, if you wish, you can exchange the work for another available piece, or request a return (in this case, you will receive the full amount of the work, minus shipping costs).
To date, no collector has returned or exchanged any of the works acquired.
The custom-made works, as they are made to order, do not allow returns or exchanges.

The cost varies depending on the size of the work and the destination.

The times vary depending on the destination and the type of packaging required by the work (in case of works of more than 150cm of side, we send them in wooden crate to the measure, and it requires an extra 10 days of manufacturing time).
Approximate shipping times and deadlines:
Spain (mainland and islands): between 7 and 14 days.
Europe: between 10 and 20 days.

Some of the works available are framed by the painter’s decision, and others are not.
